Signup Form for Soaring Club List

This form allows you to sign up for the soaring club list. I will use this list to distribute timely SSA information to soaring clubs. I also use this list in the Soaring Club Signup Form. This form is on-line on the SSA WWW server at http://soaring.aerobaticsweb.org/SOARING/ssa_homepg.html.

I do include clubs from outside the US in my list and in the signup form. I need one contact person and two e-maill addresses per club. If you want your club on this list, please fill out this form. The first e-mail address will be used to send out important information that should be distributed in a timely manner. The second address will be used to mail membership application information from the Soaring Club Signup Form.

Please fill out all the following fields. All fields except the second e-mail address HAVE to be there. If the second e-mail address is not specified, the club will only be on the e-mail list, NOT on the signup form. If the same person handles information distribution and new members, then the same address HAS to be put in both fields. If the second field is empty, the club will NOT show up in the form.

All fields should contain only letters, numbers, '.', and '-'. No parentheses or other special characters. The e-mail address fields accept '_' and one '@' in addition to the other characters.
