Suggestions for amendment should be proposed in writing to the Tugmaster, preferably in the form of revised wording which could be inserted directly into this handbook.
When holders of these Procedures have incorporated an amendment in the main text, they should insert a copy of the amendment list instructions after this page, so that at a later date, the subjects of the amendment may easily be identified. Where a whole page is replaced by a pre-printed amended page, the Edition and AL number concerned will be printed in the bottom left corner of each page, so that a page check will quickly reveal whether a copy of this document is amended up to date.
